Key Features of the Floor Scrubber Specifications M55 / M55A

Low-Noise Operation

A dedicated fan structure and multiple noise-reduction measures help reduce operating noise in indoor cleaning environments.

Easy-to-Use Control Panel

The clearly arranged control panel makes daily operation straightforward and helps operators become familiar with the machine quickly.

Continuous Corded Power

The corded design supports extended cleaning without battery charging or replacement. It is suited to facilities with accessible power outlets.

Magnetic Brush Attachment

The magnetic brush attachment system makes the brush easier to remove for cleaning or replacement, helping simplify routine maintenance.

Removable Aluminum Alloy Squeegee

The one-piece molded aluminum alloy squeegee is corrosion-resistant and can be removed without tools for cleaning and maintenance.

Recovery Tank Water Level Sensor

When the recovery tank reaches its full level, the sensor stops the vacuum fan to help prevent overflow and protect the motor.

Adjustable Brush Pressure

The brush pressure mechanism helps the machine tackle stubborn floor stains and adapt to different cleaning needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Learn More
  • Who is Nanbo Environment?

Anhui Nanbo Intelligent Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. — founded in 2015, headquartered in Wuhu. We are a national High-Tech Enterprise with 80+ patents and ISO 9001 certification, focused on the R&D and manufacturing of floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, high-pressure washers and new-energy sanitation vehicles.

  • What products do you offer?

Five product series with 30+ models: manual and ride-on floor scrubbers (M series), ride-on and fully-enclosed floor sweepers (C series), electric high-pressure washers (G series), road sweepers (C170–C220) and new-energy refuse collection vehicles (LNB series). Covers factories, municipalities, property management, logistics hubs and airports.

  • How do I choose the right machine?

Three main factors to consider: cleaning area, floor material and dominant soil type. Hand-push scrubbers are typically used for areas under 3,000 m², while ride-on versions suit 5,000 m² and above. Sweepers handle dry dust and debris; scrubbers handle oil and water spills — many facilities run both for the best result.

  • What's the difference between a floor scrubber and a sweeper?

Sweepers use dry technology (sweep + suction) to remove dust, chips and loose debris without water. Scrubbers use wet technology (spray + scrub + suction) with water and detergent to remove oil and liquid spills, leaving the floor dry immediately. They serve different purposes and are not substitutes.

  • How much do your machines cost?

Pricing varies significantly depending on model, configuration, battery type and quantity. As a source manufacturer, we offer competitive factory-direct pricing and can tailor packages to your project. Please contact us for a precise quotation based on your specific needs.

  • Lead-acid or lithium batteries — which should I choose?

Lead-acid is the economical choice for single-shift (8-hour) operations. Lithium is recommended for double or triple shifts: it charges in 2–3 hours, lasts roughly 2,000 charge cycles and requires no maintenance over its lifetime.
